Refund and Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If you are not satisfied with any product which is non-perishable in nature, we will accept returns within 15 days of receipt of the product by you as follows:

No products shall be accepted back once sold unless they are damaged or defective, or if product delivered is completely different from what you had ordered; In any one of the unlikely event mentioned under point no. 1 herein above, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 15 days from the date on which these goods were delivered to you. The shipping charges for return will have to be borne by you. If damaged, we need to be notified within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. The damaged product will be collected from the customer and a new piece of the same item will be delivered to the customer. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged and/or the packaging is damaged;

Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement;

In case we are unable to replace the damaged or defective product, we will refund your amount;

In the event you return any product which is delivered to you in damaged or defective condition, and if we are unable to replace the product, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable to that item; and we will accept returns of any product only if it is in its original packaging and is accompanied with its invoice.

In event any perishable product that is delivered after 15 days of order, a new product will be delivered by to the customer free of charge.

You may return the product to us in the following ways:-

You may contact our Customer Care within 24 hours of having received the product and request a return and the same will be replaced with a new piece within 15 days and the damaged product will be taken back.

We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original invoice and packaging.

The shipping charge for any Returns will have to be borne by the customer.


We will refund the money in the same way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank..
