We want you to love your purchase from Sanado India. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The product has not been altered in any way.
  • The product is returned within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Final sale or promotional items are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return
If you would like to initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  • Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Sanado India will cover the return shipping charges.
  • You won’t need to bear the cost of shipping the product back to us.

4. Refund Eligibility
Once the return is approved and processed, we’ll issue a refund under the following circumstances:

  • If the item is returned in its original condition.
  • If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival (please provide images for verification).
  • If you received an incorrect item or a product that was not as described.

5. Refund Process

  • After receiving the returned item and verifying that it meets our criteria, we will begin processing your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid through Google Pay (GPay), the refund will be credited to your GPay account.
  • Refund processing typically takes 2-3 business days from the day we receive the returned item.

6. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for a return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Requests made after the 5-day return window has passed.

7. Exchange Policy
If you prefer to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you can do so by contacting us via WhatsApp. We will check for availability and assist you with the exchange process. Once the exchange is approved, the replacement item will be delivered to the customer within 10 days.


8. Refund Timeframe

  • Once the returned item is received and verified, we will initiate the refund process.
  • The refund should reflect in your account within 2-3 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

9. Order Tracking for Returns

  • Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
